This year, our incredible Year 11s have achieved the best GCSE results The Howard School has ever seen! Their resilience, determination and sheer hard work have truly paid of.
From placing 4th in Medway & Kent for boys’ progress in 2023, to 3rd in 2024, and now reaching our highest results ever in 2025 — this journey shows just what can happen when students, families, and staff all pull together.
It’s no surprise that our Year 7 places are oversubscribed and our Year 12 Sixth Form is full to bursting — everyone wants to be part of this journey, and we can see why!
As we celebrate our best ever GCSE results, we want to shine a spotlight on some of the incredible individual achievements from this year’s cohort.
A huge well done to JL, who totally smashed it with 5 Grade 9s, 3 Grade 8s and 2 Grade 7s — an outstanding set of results!
Other brilliant performances came from AM, JN, ES, CP, and JG (to name just a few) who all achieved top grades across the board.
This year’s average attainment has risen significantly once again, showing just how much progress our students continue to make year after year. We couldn’t be prouder as we delve further into these results — every single student has achieved something to be celebrated, and you’ve all made history at The Howard School.
